Shaktism: The path and practices of Awakening the Sacred Feminine
A 2-week immersion into an ancient lineage of Tantra and Kundalini Yoga. Devipuram (Abode of the Goddess) ashram is nested in the hills and jungle of southeast India.
Complete Program Includes
- Sri Vidya Tantra rituals and initiations
- Sri Chakra Meditation and Visualizations
- Yantra: Internal and external worship of yantras or persons
- Fire pujas (ceremonies)
- A complete Hatha yoga program which includes: Asana, Pranayam, Mantra, Mudra
Sample Day
- 6am sunrise pranayam & sankalpa meditation on the rooftop
- 7am chai
- 8-9am Kalari or dance
- 9-10:30am Breakfast
- 11am-1pm Kama Yoga w/ Sri Vidya mantras (focusing on 1 chakra each day)
- 1pm lunch
- 4:30-6pm Satsang with Guruji, Sri Amritananda
- 6pm dinner
- 8pm Pujas & Tantra in the temples alternating nights
We will begin and end the 2 weeks with a fire puja, to set intention and invoke the transformational fire

Pranayam, Yoga & Tantra with Psalm Isadora
Psalm Isadora (Kamakhya Devi) received Purna Deeksha with Guru Paduka and Sri Vidy Mantras in the Kaulachara which combines internal and external worship of yantras or persons. Her guru is Amritananda of Devipuram.
She has also studied Sufi practices in Turkey with her teacher, Mutlu Baba. Her classes blend Yoga, Tantra, Sufi and Mystical Christianity. She bridges the Eastern and Western practice with a good sense of humor.
